Every visa, license & PRO case — run on your own servers.
Fynex replaces spreadsheets and shared inboxes with configurable intake forms, step-list approval workflows, wallet-based billing, and expiry tracking. No per-module upsells, no shared tenants, Arabic from day one.
See how a rejection loops back- 100%
- self-hosted on your servers
- EN · AR
- bilingual, RTL-native
- 6-in-1
- modules on one case record
- VAT-ready
- invoice on every charge
Deployed inside your own environment — not a shared multi-tenant cloud.
Passports, Emirates IDs, and case files never leave your infrastructure.
Data residency by default, not an add-on configuration.
From service definition to closed case
Three moves, repeated for every visa, license, or typing job your team touches.
A step list your PRO admin can actually use
No canvas, no drawn arrows. Each step names an assignee and where approve / reject goes next. Try it — reject once and watch it loop back with the reason attached.

Six parts, one case record
Every screen works off the same request — nothing gets re-entered between the intake form, the approval chain, the invoice, and the compliance log.
Service builder
Drag-and-drop intake forms — text, uploads, e-signature, conditional fields — published per service and versioned as they change, so history always renders against the original.
Task workflows
A friendly step-list for approvals and handoffs — not a BPMN canvas. Rejections loop back with a reason, never a dead end.
Wallet & billing
Requests debit a prepaid company wallet. Tap or Nomod for top-ups, with a VAT-ready tax invoice on every charge.
Compliance alerts
Visas, trade licenses, insurance — tracked with a configurable lead time and routed to the right role before anything lapses.
Team & roles
A read/write permission matrix per module — built for how PRO firms split HR, Finance, PRO, and Team Lead work.
Your client's passport photo shouldn't sit on someone else's server.
Most case-management software is multi-tenant cloud — everyone's documents in one shared database, wherever the vendor happens to host it. Fynex deploys as a versioned bundle inside your own environment, so the compliance story is “it never left,” not “we have a policy about it.”
- Your Postgres, your backups, your schedule
- Versioned upgrades you pull — never pushed on you
- No shared tenant, no cross-client data
One product. Every tier gets all of it.
Service builder, workflows, wallet, compliance alerts, roles, and bilingual support ship in every plan — tiers scale with how many people are working cases, nothing else.

- Email support
- Everything in Starter
- Priority support
- Guided migration from spreadsheets

Asked by firms like yours
What does self-hosted actually mean here?
Fynex ships as a versioned Docker bundle you run on your own servers or VPS — Postgres, your S3-compatible storage, your SMTP. Your case files and passport scans never pass through our infrastructure. We never see your client data.
How does this help with UAE PDPL and data residency?
Because residency is architectural, not a policy document: the database lives where you put it. Most firms host in the UAE, keep backups on their own schedule with make backup / restore, and answer residency questions with “it never left our servers.”
Is Arabic really first-class?
The product is bilingual EN/AR with full right-to-left layout mirroring — not just translated labels. This marketing site is English-only for now; the app your team uses every day is not.
Which payment gateways work with the wallet?
Tap Payments is the default across the GCC. Nomod is available for firms that can’t onboard to Tap (for example, no TRN yet). Top-ups confirm via webhook, debits happen on submission, and every charge produces a VAT-ready invoice PDF.
We run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp today. How do we migrate?
Growth and Enterprise plans include guided migration: we map your current columns into services, categories, and roles, then seed a starter catalog (visa, license, EID services) so day one isn’t a blank dashboard.
How does pricing scale?
Every tier gets the full product — builder, workflows, wallet, alerts, roles. Tiers scale only by team seats: Starter to 5, Growth to 20, Enterprise to 100. Annual and perpetual contracts are available on a demo call.
